5.Dane poza Europejskim Obszarem Gospodarczym

6.Zdjęcia i nagrania

Podczas sesji robimy zdjęcia i krótkie nagrania wideo do relacji z wydarzenia, którą publikujemy na stronach i w mediach społecznościowych Gold Note i Delta-Audio. Ujęcia pokazują salę i przebieg sesji.

Aby skorzystać z tych praw, napisz na events@goldnote.it. Rezerwację możesz anulować w każdej chwili przyciskiem w e-mailu z biletem.

Możesz złożyć skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl) lub do włoskiego organu nadzorczego Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

9.Pamięć przeglądarki i pliki cookie

  • Delta-Audio, as co-organiser, can see the booking list only as far as needed to run the sessions on site. If you consent to be contacted, Delta-Audio receives your name, email, phone and city to tell you about Gold Note products and events. From then on Delta-Audio is a separate controller of that data and processes it under its own policy.
  • Service providers processing data on our behalf: Google (booking sheet and form handling, Google Workspace), Brevo (ticket and reminder emails), Mailchimp (newsletter, only with your consent), Netlify (website hosting) and Google Fonts (website fonts; Google’s servers receive your browser’s IP address).

We do not share the session you chose, your notes or other form answers. Meta uses this data to measure Gold Note ads and to show them to people with similar interests, also as a separate controller, under Meta’s privacy policy.
  • Public authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

5.Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some providers (Google, Mailchimp, Netlify and, with your consent, Meta) may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

6.Photos and videos

During the sessions we take photos and short videos for an event recap, published on Gold Note and Delta-Audio websites and social media. They show the room and the session. Attendees may appear as part of the audience, but are not the subject of the shots.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and Article 81(2)(2) of the Polish Copyright Act, which allows the image of a person who is only a detail of a whole, such as a public event, to be published.

If you would rather not appear, tell us at check-in. You can also write to events@goldnote.it later and we will remove or blur any shot in which you can be recognised. We only publish portraits of an individual with their consent.

7.How long we keep data

  • Booking and check-in data: deleted or anonymised by 25 April 2027 at the latest (6 months after the event).
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe (link in every email) or withdraw consent.
  • Photos and videos: as long as the recap stays published, unless you object earlier.
  • Data passed to Delta-Audio: under Delta-Audio’s own policy, until you withdraw consent.
  • Data passed to Meta: under Meta’s own policy. Once you withdraw consent, we send Meta nothing further.

8.Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing and to data portability. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise these rights, write to events@goldnote.it. You can cancel your booking at any time with the button in your ticket email.

You can lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl), or the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

We do not make automated decisions about you and do not profile you ourselves. If you consent to sharing with Meta, Meta may use the booking information to select ads (section 4).

9.Browser storage and cookies

This website uses no cookies and no analytics tools. It only saves in your browser’s storage (localStorage) your chosen language, your recent bookings (to show your ticket when you come back) and a temporary count of available seats. Until you close the tab (sessionStorage) it also keeps the parameters of the link you arrived from (e.g. utm_source and fbclid); fbclid is sent only if you consent to sharing with Meta. This data stays on your device. You can delete it by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
